How to interrupt negative thoughts

You are worthy!

Most people believe that worthiness is something you earn, by what you do, how you look, how much money you make, or how much you weigh.

The impact of this limiting belief is significant.

  • You drive yourself harder
  • You neglect your own needs –
    – skipping meals
    – not getting enough sleep
    – overworking
    –  over committing
    – not taking time away from work
    – taking vacations and not being present
    – not celebrating your successes
    – doing more just to feel enough, or trying to show the world you have it all together.

People who believe they deserve and are worthy of self-love and self-acceptance experience happier lives.

  • They have lower rates of anxiety and depression
  • They take more risks
  • They are more resilient.

WORTHINESS IS….

The belief that you have inherent worth and value…just as you are.
No prerequisites.
No qualifiers.

Answer this question.

“If I believed I get an A+ in all areas of my life – my body, my friends, work, what I eat or wear…..what would I do today?”

  • Suspend judgment and believe you have an A+ in all areas of your life.
  • Allow yourself to write freely.

Try a different definition of success.

“Because I believe in my inherent worth and value, and that I live in a friendly Universe, I practice Mindful Success every day and I need never worry again. Mindful Success is when I intentionally choose my thoughts and actions every day. It’s when I have more faith in abundance and worthiness than in scarcity and unworthiness.”

You are not what you do, how much money you make or how much you weigh.

Your value does not depend on your home being sparkling clean.

Are you ready to engage with the world from a place of worthiness?
