Lead Your Team to a Strong Finish

You have 3 months left in 2022, and this is a great time to take stock of where you are, what the gaps are, and make whatever pivots are necessary to end the year strong.  A lot has happened over the last 10 months, both exhilarating and disappointing.  Don’t focus on the reasons you’ve missed some goals. Instead, focus on what you can do over the next few months to finish strong.  

Here are several tips to aggressively engage your team, determine next steps, and clarify resources needed to execute or recommit to achieving your 2021 goals.  

  • Openly communicate with your team, gain ideas and buy-in for action
  • Prioritize tasks, determine critical action items, delegate accordingly 
  • Remove obstacles in inefficiency, lack of resources, or miscommunications
  • Revisit and/or temporarily adjust team responsibilities
  • Focus all day-to-day operations on action toward your end of year goals
