When you are in free fall, do this to stay grounded.

Identify what you can and cannot control. Take actions. Let go of results.

Now that the illusion of control has been shattered and everyone is in free fall, it’s time to focus on the things you can control.

DO THIS.

1. Download your free PDF here.

2. Ask yourself: “What am I trying to control that is actually not within my power to control?” Write your responses in the left-hand column.

3. Formally declare it outside of your control. “I consciously let go of trying to control it, whatever it is.”

4. Identify the things you can control. Write them in the right-hand column.

5. Identify a positive action you can take right away (something you can control) and take action.
